The project comprises four apartments for a renowned dancer and her extended family. The existing trees on the site and the accommodation of parking in the form a conventional stilted floor on the ground drove the form of the project. The parking has been designed also to serve as a community space for gathering when required. One of the features of the project is a staggered staircase section, which allows service access from the mid-landings of the main circulatory spine.
